Senior IT Consultant – AI & Digital Solutions

Ever bought a ticket for the Museumsinsel Berlin, the Belvedere in Vienna, or the Fondation Beyeler in Basel? That was us - with go~mus, our platform for 500+ museums and cultural institutions across Europe.

We're a team of 25 building SaaS solutions for visitor management. Part of the Tourism Software Group. Remote-friendly, office in Berlin.

We're growing - and our internal processes need to keep up. We're looking for someone who can help us use AI and automation where it actually makes a difference: in our daily workflows.

Your tasks

• Analyze and optimize our internal workflows - from support to onboarding to project management
• Identify automation potential in existing processes
• Evaluate and introduce AI-powered tools and methods for the team
• Guide the team through adopting new ways of working
• Build best practices for meaningful AI use in day-to-day work
• Work closely with leadership and team leads

Required skills

• Degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a comparable role
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Good English skills (B1/B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS companies or software teams
• Knowledge of project management methods and agile practices
• Experience with process automation and workflow tools
• German language skills
