We're a dedicated team of 25 building SaaS solutions for visitor management. Part of the Tourism Software Group. Remote-friendly, office in Berlin.

We're looking for experienced software developers based in Germany to strengthen our backend team.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain Rails applications of various scales
• Design and implement application specifications with our customers
• Make strategic design decisions, often with a high degree of autonomy
• Continuously develop and modernize existing software
• Integrate and shape AI-powered workflows - we're ready, are you?

Required skills

• Ruby on Rails
• MariaDB / PostgreSQL / Redis
• Docker
• Linux / macOS
• Strong knowledge of Git
• RSpec / Capybara

Nice to have

• Ansible / Kamal
• Svelte(Kit)
• GraphQL
• AI tools and AI-powered development workflows
