Support Team Member for Cultural Management (m/f/d)
Ever bought a ticket for the Museumsinsel Berlin, the Belvedere in Vienna, or the Fondation Beyeler in Basel? That was us - with go~mus, our platform for 500+ museums and cultural institutions across Europe.
We're a dedicated team of 25 building SaaS solutions for visitor management. Part of the Tourism Software Group. Remote-friendly, office in Berlin.
We're looking for support team members (working student, part-time, or full-time) with language skills in Dutch, French, English, and German to strengthen our support team.
Your tasks
- Support our international customers via ticket system and phone (or video chat) with their questions, issues, and visions for the future
- Reproduce error patterns, search for bugs, and document complex findings in an understandable way
- Help create and maintain product documentation
- Support customers at special events, such as openings on weekends
- Train customers in using the software
What we're looking for
- Language skills in Dutch, French, English, and German
- Strong communication skills, ideally with experience in customer and/or IT service
- Logical thinking comes naturally to you - bonus points if you enjoy logic puzzles
- You can structure your thoughts and document your work precisely
- Experience with go~mus OR experience in the cultural sector, especially museums
